We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented forward thinking Senior On-boarding Coordinator. This role will provide a top class on-boarding experience to new starters as well as effective administration support to sites in order to ensure candidates are compliant prior to joining the business. The Senior On-boarding Coordinator will be responsible for processing high volume on-boarding checks for all Priory Group employees whilst providing Management, Guidance and Support for a team of on-boarding administrators. 

Roles and Responsibilities of a Senior On-boarding Coordinator

  • Provide first line advice from internal and external queries in relation to the on-boarding process 
  • Act as the firs point of escalation for candidates, teams and the business 
  • Manage the day to day tasks of the team, ensuring targets are being met and reporting into the On-boarding Team Leader 
  • Carrying out on-boarding checks to ensure recruitment is legal, safe and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure Right to Work and DBS identifications provided are correct and accurately verified in line with regulatory requirements 
  • Carrying out Audit checks to ensure accuracy and quality of the team, putting measures in place for anything that has been identified
  • Support On-Boarding Team Leader with projects as and when required 
  • Conduct daily team huddles and regular 1:2:1's and probation reviews, highlighting any concerns with the Team Leaders 

What we want from a Senior On-boarding Coordinator 

  • Previous experience in a HR Administration or Customer Service role 
  • Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume corporate environment
  • Ability to professionally handle sometimes difficult candidates 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
