Working in Central Services

We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic support teams. Finance, HR, Marketing and Communications, Legal, Business Development, Estates, and Safety and Compliance help us run our services up and down the country.

If your skills lie in one of these key areas, you could join us at one of our offices in Bristol, Cheadle, Darlington, Leicester, London, or even work remotely. Wherever you’re based, you’ll get up in the morning knowing you’re playing your part in helping thousands of people. Make your skills count as part of Central Services – and support our life-changing work.

The Priory difference

Helping our team change lives is definitely one good reason to join us. Another is our close-knit teams, where you’ll find support, advice, and guidance. Being part of a friendly, welcoming operation makes all the difference day-to-day – and the great thing is you’ll find this open, accepting culture at our sites across the UK. Meaning if you choose to progress your career, you’ll do it among people who’ll help you thrive and succeed. In an organisation of this scale, there are tremendous opportunities to develop in all sorts of ways.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for relevant experience and credentials, but they’ll depend very much on your role. Specialist areas such as Legal and Finance will require professional qualifications and ideally membership of an appropriate industry body. However, what’s really important is a sincere, thoughtful approach towards our service users. We want people who believe every patient, resident, and young person deserves the best, and who respect the dignity of others. We’ll expect you to listen, be kind and do everything in your power to ensure the highest standard of care. And of course, it helps if you’re warm and friendly, with a good sense of humour too. If you can also bring honesty, dedication, and an organised approach, you could be the perfect fit for Priory.
