What we’re looking for

What’s really important in care and support is a sincere, thoughtful approach. We want people who believe every resident and patient deserves the best, and who respect the dignity of others. It’s demanding work but can be rewarding like no other. We’ll expect you to listen, be kind, and do everything in your power to give the highest standard of care. And of course, it helps if you’re warm and friendly, with a good sense of humour too. If you can bring honesty, dedication, and an organised approach, you could be the perfect fit for Priory.
