SWPC Launches New Website to Attract Talent to the South West
As the leading independent provider of mental healthcare and adult social care in the UK, Priory supports the needs of over 35,000 people every year through a nationwide network of over 300 facilities.
The South West Provider Collaborative (SWPC) recently launched a new recruitment website, to attract talent into the South West region and complement existing workforce initiatives by Provider Partners.
The SWPC is a regional collaboration of NHS organisations, independent healthcare providers and a community interest company, with Devon Partnership NHS Trust as our Lead Provider. The new website has been developed in response to a shared need across Provider Partners to recruit to a number of key roles, including:
- Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses
- Occupational Therapists
- Psychiatrists
- Psychologists
- Family Therapists
- Social Workers
Dr Jason Fee, Medical Director of our Provider Collaborative, commented: “It’s great to see us take this next step in supporting and attracting staff to work here in the South West. Following on from the good successes of our virtual recruitment events, this dedicated recruitment website not only provides a single resource with links to all our Provider Partner websites, it really sells our job opportunities in Mental Health here in the South West.”
