Everyone who joins our team completes an award-winning e-learning programme called ‘Foundations for Growth’ as part of their induction and throughout their employment. This wide-ranging learning and development programme was designed specifically for Priory and is led by a dedicated learning and development team.
At Priory, your career development is more than a sequence of formal training courses. It is a dynamic, seamless process of learning that will support your performance at every stage of your career. Depending on your role, this could include:
- Diplomas in Health and Social Care and Children and Young People as part of our apprenticeship programmes
- Preceptorships for newly qualified nurses
- Other tailored courses that are externally accredited
- The opportunity to become a trainer on your own site for job-related skills
