We have an exciting opportunity for a Estates Manager to join the team and support our growing business. Reporting to the Director of Estates & Facilities Management, the Estates Manager will be responsible for Management of the Estate including leasehold management, property enquiries and disputes, business rates savings & discounts, acquisitions and disposals and Line management of the Estates Administrator.

Must have driving licence and access to a car.

What we would like from the Estates Manager:

  • Significant experience in Property Management and Lease administration is essential Technical/Professional Qualifications  
  • Relevant industry qualifications desirable but not required Job Knowledge Required 
  • Experience in Facilities management/Property management and lease management
  • Property Law knowledge or experience
