Woking Priory Hospital is set in idyllic countryside and yet is within reach of central London and both regional airports by either car or public transport. The hospital provides residential treatment for up to 35 adults and provides both group and individual outpatient therapy. There is a strong family ethos within our hospital and we thrive working as a multi-disciplinary team. 

Job Advert Role Description

We are seeking a part-time time Administrative Assistant and Receptionist based at The Lodge therapy building, Priory Hospital, Woking. The hours we would look for are:
Monday 9-5pm, Tuesday 1.30-4.30pm, Wednesday 1.30-4.30pm, Thursday 1.30-4.30pm and Friday 9-5pm. 

You will be liaising closely with the therapy team, and medical sectaries.  The role will require arranging day-care funding with private health insurers, arranging outpatient therapy appointments, data entry and reception duties. You will be based in part on our lodge reception desk and other part in an office with our Therapy Services Administrator, whom will be your line manager.

We require good working knowledge of Microsoft office, and experience with working with databases. 

You will need to be confident speaking with people on the phone enquiring about treatment at the hospital, demonstrating good levels of empathy.
