Priory Woodland View are recruiting for a Maintenance assistant to join their team.

Woodland View is a Rehabilitation and Recovery service for adult men. It has 31 beds across 3 wards with a defined care pathway for our service users.

We are based in the picturesque village of Meriden, where we offer a number of benefits on site which include:-

Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintains a safe and comfortable environment in line with quality standards and which comply with statutory regulations. 
  • Ensures that Priory minimum standards are delivered in all site areas
  • Identifies and reports damage, faults and other related issues to the Maintenance Manager 
  • Carry out General Maintenance tasks as defined in the Appendix and in the General Property Maintenance Guide.
  • Carry out compliance testing (i.e. fire alarms, bed inspections
  • Responsible for carrying out local maintenance checks.
  • Undertakes regular internal and external patrols of the unit
  • To be aware of and comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act to minimise risk.
  • Carry out such other duties relating to the work of the department as required by Management. 

Individuals will not be required, nor should they, carry out any works that require a certification
