Job Advert Role Description

We are now recruiting for a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist to join our multidisciplinary inpatient team. (Maternity Cover)

Reporting to the Private Adult Therapy Lead, the successful candidate will work within one or more of our three private adult wards providing both group and individual therapy to the inpatients. Across the three wards there can be up to 50 patients admitted at any one time and the Therapy team coordinates and delivers their care. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a hospital setting.

The successful candidate will work closely with all members of the MDT, including nursing staff, psychiatrists, social workers etc., to help provide high quality care while in both group and individual settings.

The successful candidate must be accredited with the BABCP and the ability to offer supervision is desirable. The Priory offers comprehensive CPD support and is dedicated to supporting the development of it's clinicians. This includes annual appraisal and opportunities to discuss and plan career pathways with management.
