Job Advert Role Description
A vacancy has arisen for a Quality and Compliance Administrator, responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of quality aspects of Governance and Audit across the Hospital. The individual will promote delivery against key performance indications and within statutory regulations, to provide a comprehensive service in relation to local policies/procedures and complaints.
This role requires highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills in order to deal with a range of challenging situations and researching information. A high level of autonomy will be required to organise and prioritise own workload within established procedures.
Experience Required
- Experience in an Administrative Role
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent written and face to face communication skills
- Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude
