Job Advert Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who would like to manage a multi site service. Your time will be spilt between sites located in Preston. Lynbrook & Long Lane Farm are full time residential care homes for adults with severe learning disabilities, Autism, communication difficulties, challenging behaviour and other complex needs. Located with accessible links to motorways and public transport.

Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
