**Locality Coordinator – new supported living development**

We are currently looking to recruit a Locality Coordinator for a brand new 10-unit supported living residence in Stoke, ST3. You will support residents to live as independently as possible, helping them with their day to day chores, preparing meals, personal care prompting and guiding them to make good choices in their day to day lives, as well as leading by example for a small team of Locality Coordinator.

As a Locality Coordinator, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of 1000s of stories of inspiring care and support as part of our supported living team.

Our ideal Locality Coordinator will

  • Have a great sense of humour
  • Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
  • Be able to support residents with their activities and hobbies
  • Have previous experience within Supported Living in a Senior/Team lead role
  • Help manage some physical challenging behaviours
