At Rose Farm House we support 5 adults who have intellectual disabilities, who may be on the Autistic Spectrum, and who at times present with severely challenging behaviour.
Job Advert Role Description
As a Team Leader you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our residents. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both residents and their families and staff, you will be supporting residents in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible.
Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital. As a Team Leader you will also be required to lead a team on a day to basis and support with some managerial tasks.
Previous experience of working with adults with behaviours that challenge and autism would be a benefit for this position.
