Job Advert Location Description

Burton Park is a neurobehavioural locked rehabilitation hopsital for patients with acquired brain injury, many of whom will display co-existing neuropsychiatric or other conditions and present some degree of Clinically Related Behaviour that communicates distress. 

There are three wards offering 50 beds. Warwick Lodge, Dalby Unit and Cleves Lodge. A variety of care pathways are available, including acute and longer-term neurobehavioural rehabilitation and person-centred care, emphasising the least restrictive setting. A 4 bed High-Dependency Unit is being developed on Cleves Lodge to cater for service-users requiring more intensive nursing support. Warwick Lodge caters for service users with higher levels of physical needs. Dalby Lodge is a therapy-led pre-discharge ward preparing service-users for a return to community living, and admits service-users who have progressed through the pathway on-site as well as taking direct referrals.

The multi-disciplinary team includes Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social workers and Psychiatrists.

Job Advert Role Description


As a CPA Administrator your responsibilities will include overseeing the organisation of appropriate bookings of the CPA Meetings, in line with requests of commissioning bodies, professionals and under agreement of the Senior Management Team.
You will be required to develop CPA Reports from individual professional’s reports, distributing to required bodies and effectively minuting CPA meetings and the distribution of completed reports. Together with providing efficient and effective secretarial support to medical staff, including typing, telephone enquiries, diary management, meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate. 
Efficient reporting to the Hospital Director and relevant supervising managers of issues arising regarding the coordination of reports, i.e. frequent missing reports, etc and handling all external and internal enquiries relating to the individual or department, directing queries as appropriate.
Maintaining Priory database systems, ensuring accuracy of all data input and updating patient details.
Reception cover across site as and when required

Experience
Administration experience is desired but is not essential as full training will be given.
