Job Advert Location Description
Kent House is a 17-bedded Tier 4 low secure hospital for young people aged 12 – 18 years with mental health, behavioural or psychological difficulties, including ASD, and an OFSTED-registered school which supports the young people with educational attainment.
The service is set in a rural environment with close links and transport to the local community and amenities.
We provide care for the young people admitted to Kent House Hospital in the least restrictive way and we adhere to the values and principles of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). We are members of the Quality Network for Inpatient CAMHSto measure and improve the quality of our care and treatment.
Job Advert Role Description
- Provide an efficient and high quality accommodation and housekeeping service within the hospital to assist the well-being, comfort and development of our young people.
- Deliver and maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the hospital, in line with operational standards and ensures that work processes comply with statutory regulations.
- Ensure that Priory minimum standards are delivered in all hospital areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of a team.
- Identifying and reporting damages, faults and other related issues to the maintenance department to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet our high quality standards and statutory regulations
