Autumn Leaf House is a specialist autism service situated in Castle Bromwich, Birmingham.

Are you a caring and creative person who is passionate about making a real difference to someone’s life?

We are currently looking for a Support Worker to provide care and support for adults with autism and complex needs at Priory Adult Care’s Autumn Leaf in Birmingham. A driver is required due the occupational requirement of the post. Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is also required.

Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are also vital.
