Coundon Manor is a purpose built care home, situated in Coventry.  Designed specifically to meet the needs of older people requiring nursing or specialist dementia care, Coundon Manor provides a modern and supportive environment. The home provides nursing care for up to 74 older people and the staff are highly committed and dedicated to the care and support of everyone in the home.

About the role

We are currently looking for qualified Nurse Associates to join our growing team, you will be required to;

• Provide a high standard of care to the people we look after.
• Follow all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
• Contribute to assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring progress

Qualifications/Experience:

• Qualified Registered Nurse Associate with active NMC Registration.
• Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential
• Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
• Excellent organisation & leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
• Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
