Job Advert Role Description

Priory Wellbeing Centre Canterbury for outpatient mental health disorders is conveniently situated right in the heart of Canterbury’s city centre, offering easy access to all. Our expert team are able to deliver established outpatient treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, addictions and eating disorders. We provide high quality support to our service users offering practical, effective help to aid towards their successful recovery.


The Priory Outpatient Healthcare clinic in Canterbury are looking for a permanent part-time administrator to work 24 hours per week.  The applicant will be required to work Monday, Tuesday & Friday ideally 9-5 with flexibility to work 12-8pm if required. The applicant must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be flexible in order to cover annual leave and other absences.   The role will require a dedicated, focussed and committed applicant who is able to work as a team as well as individually. The role will require the applicant to be able to multi-task between various areas of work on a day to day basis.  A capacity to type 50-60 WPM will be required.  A good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Outlook will also be required. The ability to learn and adapt to new systems is a must. Reception duties will be a part of the role and experience in a customer facing environment would be required. We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our existing administrating team.  We advise that all applicants review the job description attached before applying for the role.
