Job Advert Role Description

Priory Hospital Woking are seeking an enthusiastic HR administrator who will be willing to learn and coordinate the recruiting process for our busy site.

The role will require you to support the managers at site from advertising the post through to new employees taking up the appointment and carrying out any pre and post-employment checks.

You will continue to ensure all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with policies and procedures.  You will be able to update HR information systems and databases throughout the employee lifecycle and ensure documentation is up to date.

The ideal candidate will be able to liaise with managers regarding recruitment and with staff who require HR help, be happy to run small open days and workshops when required.

Office hours are 9.00 - 5.00 Monday to Friday, but as Priory is a 24 hour hospital, we may require you, from time to time, to be available to start earlier or later to capture the night staff.

This is a confidential role, working with tight deadlines and a need for a flexible and practical approach to problem solving.

We require you to complete mandatory training via e-learning and classroom training and you will be requested to partake in these.
