Job Advert Location Description
The Priory Highbank Centre provides specialist care and rehabilitation for adults and children who have sustained a brain injury, including ventilator dependent, and is part of the Priory Group. The centre is dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of adults and children through close interdisciplinary team working. The site also provides Rehabilitation and Recovery mental health services.
Job Advert Role Description
Having a Physiotherapy Degree (Bsc/Msc), being HCPC Registered
and a full member of CSP you will have a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience, with evidence of CPD including in a neurological setting.
You will have experience of subjective and objective neurological assessments and advanced clinically reasoned individualised treatments for patients with complex presentations physically and with communication and cognition deficits.
You will use relevant outcome measures and evaluation of treatments alongside current evidence based practice.
You will be capable of working collaboratively with a wider clinical team and have knowledge of other disciplines and their role.
You will manage your own caseload, co-operate with other therapists and supervise Therapy Assistants to organise, prioritise and deliver therapy to meet patients’ clinical needs.
