About Priory Roehampton:

Set back within landscaped gardens, the tranquil environment of the Priory Hospital Roehampton offers calming and recovery focused residential treatment for up to 100 service users, as well as day care and outpatient services.

Specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems including addictions and eating disorders, our multidisciplinary team deliver personalised treatment programmes and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.

Job Advert Role Description

We are now recruiting for a BACP accredited Integrative Therapist to join our multidisciplinary inpatient team.

 

Reporting to the Private Adult Therapy Lead, the successful candidate will work within one or more of our three private adult wards providing both group and individual therapy to the inpatients. Across the three wards there can be up to 50 patients admitted at any one time and the Therapy team coordinates and delivers their care. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a hospital setting offering both group and individual therapy.

 

The successful candidate will work closely with all members of the MDT, including nursing staff, psychiatrists, social workers etc., to help provide high quality care while in both group and individual settings.

 

The successful candidate must be accredited with the BACP and the ability to offer supervision is desirable. The Priory offers comprehensive CPD support and is dedicated to supporting the development of it's clinicians. This includes annual appraisal and opportunities to discuss and plan career pathways with management.

 

The Roehampton therapy service is rated as 'Good' on all domains by CQC.

Currently, in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act you are required to be double vaccinated against Covid-19 and to provide evidence of this before you are able to commence employment with us, or provide a valid medical exemption.  Albeit this still remains the case, the Government has recently announced their intention to reconsider this under the Health and Social Care Act.  Therefore, you are invited to submit your application, with the understanding that should the current position be repealed your application would be progressed in line with Priory’s recruitment policy.
