Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to work within a friendly team situated at a beautiful site in the New Forest?  If yes, then now is the time to join the team at Southampton Priory.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Family Therapist to join the Kingfisher Ward (CAMHS) at The Priory Hospital Southampton.

The Kingfisher Ward (CAMHS) is in an exciting phase of development, working closely with the local provider collaborative and working towards QNIC accreditation.

You will be working closely on a daily basis with the following professional groups; Psychiatry, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Family Therapy, Social Work, Activities Team and the Education Department.

As a CAMHS Family Therapist, you will have a Postgraduate Diploma/MSC Level and be UKCP and AFT registered with substantial experience working in a similar role to support children and young people and/or inpatient environment.
As a Family Therapist, you will:

* Complete all recording and reporting tasks associated with clinical work
* Contribute to training and supervision of ward staff as provided by the sychological therapies team
* Continually monitor risk of all young people for whom there is direct contact
* Prepare clinical report as required e.g. assessment reports, discharge summaries

To be successful for the role, you will need:

* Family/Systemic Therapy qualification to MSC or equivalent
* Registration with UKCP
* At least 4 years' experience of working with Adolescents in related field to include at least 2 years post qualifying as Systemic Therapist.

The hospital provides a combination of NHS funded and private care and has been rated as "Good" in a recent CQC inspection with an "Outstanding" rating in the "caring" domain.
