Job Advert - Division Information

Knowing that you’re making a difference to people’s lives is rewarding in itself. But our many roles offer much more than that. As well as helping you grow and develop your talent, we want you to feel proud of where you work and what you do.

Job Advert Location Description

Priory Wellbeing Centre Oxford is located right in the heart of Oxford’s city centre, and we offer easy access to exceptional outpatient treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders and addictions, as well as a dedicated young people’s service. We are based on the top floor of a bright and airy building providing privacy and comfort to each and every one of our patients, and with flexible evening and weekend appointments available, we enable even the busiest of people to access the mental health support that they need.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a strong administrator to join our team. This is a demanding and challenging role that requires someone who thrives under pressure, who has an eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You will also have strong problem solving, interpersonal and written communication skills. On a day to day basis, you will be required to provide an efficient, professional and effective administrative service to the centre, working across all areas including:
- Coordinating internal and external communications such as phone calls, emails and letters
- Reception duties
- Processing referrals
- Booking appointments
- Registering patients
- Billing

You will have frequent and regular exposure to commercially and clinically sensitive information and therefore an ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality will be required.

You will already have extensive experience of working in settings where there is high level oversight, scrutiny or monitoring of quality and governance standards, such as CQC, Ofsted or similar.

You will receive training, support and guidance to enable you to feel confident and comfortable in your role. As part of this you will need to complete some bespoke online and face to face training, including first aid, safeguarding and breakaway training. You will also need to complete an enhanced DBS check.

Our Wellbeing Centre is open 08.00 to 20.30hours, predominantly Monday to Friday therefore there will be some flexibility in terms of working hours. Very occasional Saturday working will be required.

Closing date 31 January 2022. Will close earlier if good number of suitable applications are received before then.
