About Priory Roehampton:
Set back within landscaped gardens, the tranquil environment of the Priory Hospital Roehampton offers calming and recovery focused residential treatment for up to 100 service users, as well as day care and outpatient services.
Specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems including addictions and eating disorders, our multidisciplinary team deliver personalised treatment programmes and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.


Job Advert Role Description

Reporting to the Gym Manager, the successful candidate will work as part of the onsite fitness team providing both group and 1:1 exercise sessions for our client base within the hospital. The patient population has a range of mental health presentations/needs and experience of working with such groups would be beneficial but is not a requirement. Outside of sessions the successful individual will be expected to support patients using the gym independently and offer advise, promoting correct technique and training modalities.

The gym is open 7 days per week for our patients and so some weekend working may be required. this is managed by the Gym Manager on a needs basis using a rota system.

The successful candidate should be a REPs level 3 personal trainer and a minimum of 3 years experience is desirable.
