Job Advert Role Description

The Priory Wellbeing Centre Manchester is set within the beautiful grounds of The Priory Hospital – Cheadle Royal.  The Wellbeing Centre provides therapy and treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, eating disorders and bereavement. We are currently looking to recruit a full time Administration Assistant to join our existing team at the Manchester Wellbeing Centre.

Candidates should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent standard and have experience of working in a customer facing environment and be familiar with office applications.  As the role holder’s duties will include working on Reception at the Wellbeing Centre experience of using telephone systems/switchboards is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. The role holder will report to the Wellbeing Centre Manager and will be expected to deliver an efficient, professional and effective administrative service at the Centre.

The role holder will deal with internal and external enquiries, arrange appointments for service users and liaise with therapists, consultants and external agencies. The role holder will be an organised individual with excellent communication skills who has an ability to prioritise their workload, meet deadlines and problem solve when required.

There would be a degree of flexibility required in working times and some weekend work is anticipated. The hours for this particular role are:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays : 9am – 5pm

Monday : 12:00 to 8pm,

Saturdays ad-hoc : 09:00 to 16:00
