We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to provide 24/7 specialist residential support for individuals at Roseneath Avenue.

Roseneath Avenue is a 6 bedded service situated in the Winchmore Hill area of North London. The home supports the needs of 6 individuals in there own flats at one premise. The service supports people with a diagnosis of Autism, mental health, communication difficulties, pradar Willi syndrome and our aim is to increase independence, reduce anxiety and frustration for a positive life for all.

The role of a senior support worker includes managing the running of a team on a day to day basis. delegating tasks, completing daily paper work, supporting individuals in all aspects of their daily life through a positive behaviour support. You will also promote the team to be engaged in supporting our residents' outcomes in their lives. Administration of medication, work as part of the management team to maintain all compliance.

Experience is essential and full training and induction provided.
