Job Advert Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager at Station Road, London. 

At Station Road we provide assessment and support for up to 12 adults living with learning disabilities, bipolar disorder or autism. Some also have communication difficulties or present behaviours that challenge, as well as a range of other disabilities such as epilepsy or Down’s syndrome.

The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in ensuring that the home is maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies. The role holder will line manage the senior team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will  support the Home Manager in managing resources to ensure sales and profits are maximised.
