Are you a caring and creative person who is passionate about making a real difference to someone’s life?

We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to provide 24/7 specialist residential support for individuals with learning disabilities and complex behaviours at Peacock House in Lydd. 

Peacock House is a 18 bedded service supporting adults with a diagnosis of learning disability, autism, mental health, epilepsy and behaviours that challenge, some of whom are supported 1:1 or 2:1 during the day and 1:1 or shared hours during the night.

Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Senior Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.

Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker is essential.
