Are you a caring and creative person who is passionate about making a real difference to someone’s life?

We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to provide 24/7 specialist residential support for individuals at Egerton Road in Bexhill on Sea, a residential home providing rehabilitation for up to 11 adults with an Acquired Brain Injury.

At Egerton Road we provide a lively and supportive environment for men and women with acquired brain injury, giving the encouragement and support our residents need to progress to further independence.

As a senior support worker you will be a key member of our team working alongside management and the multi displinary team, providing high standards of person centred care and support to our residents. You will build good relationships with both residents and their families, supporting residents with planning of their goals to live as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key task to this role .

You don’t need experience to join us, as long as you have the right attitude and empathy, our training will do the rest.
