We have an exciting opportunity for a HRIS Analyst to join the team and support our growing business. Reporting to the HRIS Team Leader, the HRIS Analyst will be play a major part in assisting with administration, analysis and to support the HR and Payroll applications.

HRIS Analyst duties include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the HR and Payroll functional activities required to ensure an optimal performance of iTrent application and other HRIS systems
• Providing excellent customer service to internal teams and external partners. Able to communicate and engage at any level
• Effective incident administration, capable of keeping all involved parties updated with progress and keeping the flow of communication open
• Assisting the day-to-day maintenance of auditing & security processes
• Ensure that the security relating to HR & Payroll systems is sensibly managed in line with documented processes
• Documenting processes, identifying Payroll & HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports
• Supporting HRIS Team Leader to ensure that data and analytics are aligned to timelines/completeness requirements
• Beneficial knowledge on performing statistical analysis on HRIS data and running queries with Business Object and/or Microsoft Excel
• Load, manipulate, report on data, and support during complex mass changes, conversions or other direct data updates as required
• Take on additional wider HRIS activities to support functioning and maintenance of HRIS Applications
• Assisting HRIS Team Leader and senior stakeholders in investigating and testing new reporting procedure and system configuration 
• To undertake special projects when required

What we would like from the HRIS Analyst:

• Exposure and equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Beneficial analytical capability in extracting, analysing and drawing conclusions/putting forward hypotheses from data
• Experience of manipulation and presentation of data
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel, competent with Word and PowerPoint. Beneficial knowledge of Business Object or similar reporting platforms
• Experience of Payroll and HR data
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities
• Able to maintain GDPR and data protection standards
