Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team at Conquest Lodge in March, Cambridgshire.

This is a part-time role, 20 hours per week. 

Conquest Lodge offers 24/7 specialist residential support and is committed to providing enough support to empower and encourage individuals to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible and achieve positive outcomes for all. The service is also supported by a quality assurance team including a specialist Learning Disability Advisor whose aim is to empower residents to take control of their lives, and where possible, work towards a level of independence which fits with their skills, confidence and aspirations.

As an Administrator you will:

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative and/or secretarial support to an individual or a department, including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.
  • Handle external and internal enquiries, recognising the level of importance of particular enquiries or issues and applying the appropriate prioritisation.
  • Passes issues and enquiries on for appropriate action to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Ensure that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with policies and procedures in order that regulatory, statutory, compliance and financial requirements are met.
  • Maintain the audit trail ensuring up to date and accurate information can be provided or accessed as required.
  • Update central and local database systems, ensuring accuracy of all data input.
  • Ensure the effective operation of delegated administrative processes and procedures.
