We are recruiting for enthusiastic and highly skilled individuals to join a new inpatient hospital team for adults with eating disorders in High Wycombe.

We offer a warm and nurturing environment where people receive intensive treatment for eating disorders including severe and enduring anorexia nervosa.  We work together to achieve the best possible outcomes and quality of life for everyone in our care.

Together we will reflect on, explore and understand the patient's needs, helping them to develop the skills to build a new positive outlook, confidence and skills for a positive future.  We will work through the process of creating a personal identity outside of their eating disorder as well as helping to build social networks within the community.

Job Advert Role Description

Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the hospital. This will regularly include typing, minute taking, receiving telephone enquiries, diary and appointment management, managing correspondence, meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.

Within all duties, ensure that you comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Company Data Security requirements.

Provides efficient and effective secretarial support to the SMT, including typing, telephone enquiries, diary management, meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.

Responsible for taking minutes for assigned meetings and distributing minutes to staff in line with Priory Policy, including submissions to the healthcare data team.

Collation and proof-reading of contractual reporting requirements from all stakeholders.

Collation and distribution of key quality information to staff prior to meetings.

Collation and coordination of all audits.

Updating and circulation of key policy documentation.
