30hrs a week 9-3 Monday to Friday

Job Advert Role Description

Hobbits Holt in Ruspidge, Cinderford is recruiting for an administrator to support the manager of three adult care services with administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administrative and/or secretarial support to the management team, including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, recruitment administration, meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks including payroll. The candidate will need good computer skills and understanding of excel and word.

Part of your role will include financial auditing of residents funds and petty cash on a weekly basis, and using in-house systems for which you will receive full training. You will be able to understand, follow and amend policies and procedures
