We are looking for an outstanding Deputy Head Teacher to join our senior leadership team. At Aspris Children's Services we are proud of our reputation for delivering quality education and care services with positive outcomes for children and young people aged 5 to 25 who have experienced difficulties in their previous education placements.

As a qualified teacher you will demonstrate a wide range of SEN experience and have proven leadership and management expertise. An outstanding relationship builder, you will also know how to inspire exceptional performance and maintain a positive and enthusiastic learning environment for pupils and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for the continued development of the bespoke curriculum across all school phases.

The successful candidate will come from an SEN background with significant experience of ASD/SLD. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced teacher with a sound understanding of the current legislation and statutory regulations relating to education.

Joining as soon as possible you will commence with a bespoke induction package which will include visits to other Aspris Education Services schools to meet with a network of likeminded and supportive colleagues

The role is mainly non-classroom based, although your responsibilities may include some teaching. This post is suitable for candidates who have proven leadership experience, either at Middle Leadership or SLT level. This role will include DSL responsibility.

Tadley Court school which has an Ofsted rating of Good with Outstanding personal development, behaviour and welfare and Outstanding in our sixth form provision is set in a beautiful semi rural location with four acres of well maintained grounds. We are a day school specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 4 and 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties. Our children and young people may also exhibit challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding.
