Job Advert Location Description

The Priory Group is currently looking for a Registered Manager to lead our service in Gainsborough.  Blyton Court is an 18 bedded nursing home for people with high dependency physical and learning disabilities. Blyton Court is situated in a lovely town in Lincolnshire, where we will support with anyone looking to relocate. 

Job Advert Role Description

Confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous manager experience in  care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.

Your caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
