Job Advert Role Description

An exciting opportunity has risen for qualified therapists.

You will be delivering 1-1 and group therapy to inpatients and outpatients. As part of an MDT you will be working alongside other therapists with a range of modalities, Consultant Psychiatrist, Ward Doctors and Nursing staff.

You will be part of a team delivering to our inpatients and day care patients. You will also be providing one to one therapy to patients with a variety of presentations including depression, anxiety, addictions and trauma.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team of therapists providing a full and robust treatment programme which  includes CBT, DBT skills, Mindfulness and psychotherapy. All therapists will be considered.

You will need to have full accreditation with a relevant association such as BACP, NCS or equivalent.

Priory Hospital Barnt Green is located in the stunning Lickey Hills Country Park, 10 miles south of Birmingham City Centre. We have thirty-three beds across three wards including ten NHS Psychiatric Intensive Care beds for women, thirteen NHS acute beds for men and women and ten private beds for men and women. In addition to providing inpatient services, the hospital has a large Outpatient department and regional conference facilities.
