This role will be remote based with some office working. Ideally the candidate should be based in the North West to be able to commute to the Aspris marketing offices

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the digitally-focused Candidate Marketing Manager will lead all social media focused recruitment activity, working alongside the HR Director and resourcing colleagues in HR to implement improved recruitment activity. 

Key Responsibilities include:


  • Lead all social media-focused recruitment activity, including planning, executing and managing the organic and paid recruitment social media content plan across the various social media channels
  • Monitor and report on the social media campaign results, adjusting campaigns based on learnings, and demonstrating strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities
  • Work alongside the resourcing colleagues in HR to support with the creation of effective job advertisements and templates to further help with increasing local job applications 
  • Support the delivery of the UK recruitment marketing strategy in line with the requirements of the Marketing Director and HR Director linking to the overall People Strategy
  • Produce engaging digitally-focused recruitment content and advertisements across the various social media channels  
  • Support the resourcing colleagues in HR with persona development and targeting
  • Liaise across the Aspris supplier network e.g. marketing agencies and designers to ensure effective, timely and costly delivery of activity
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders including across key Aspris sites, operations and resourcing colleagues in HR
  • Marketing support when required with local recruitment events to ensure we are effectively showcasing the brand and services 
  • Act as the recruitment brand guardian for all social media recruitment focused activity
  • Budget management for the social media activity, including spend, reporting and delivering ROI

Relevant experience within a marketing role leading on the social media activity, ideally in the recruitment or education sector. Experience of successfully managing projects and delivering multi-channel marketing activity.
