We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader - Regional Learning Partner to join the team and support our growing business. Reporting to the Specialist Learning Development Manager, the Team Leader - Regional Learning Partner will be play a major part in managing the accreditation of ‘First Aid’ and lead the Regional Learning Partner team to ensure that the business has the support required to achieve excellent standards – initially in Emergency First Aid at Work; and Basic/Immediate Life Support – and exceeding company required standards of compliance and operations.

This role is based remotely. However frequent travel would be required. 

Team Leader - Regional Learning Partner duties include but are not limited to:

  • To lead a team of Regional Learning Partners. This will include conducting performance reviews/one-to-ones/observe delivery of training and team meetings. Regular updates to be provided to the Specialist Learning Development Manager.
  • To be our qualified IQA for training accreditation purposes with Qualsafe and managing our Centre Requirements. Additional training may be required depending on your current level of knowledge and experience.
  • Ensure all RLPs are maintaining a consistent pass/fail system for course attendees and logging this on the Qualsafe Portal.
  • Occasionally deliver Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Immediate Life Support (ILS) training across different platforms (mainly face-to-face and virtual classrooms) and adapt training to the varying needs and requirements of the business.
  • Support with data reporting by utilising our Learning Management System (LMS) data on compliance and non-attendance.
  • Ensure the RLP team design and update training materials in accordance with legislation, guidance and Priory policy in conjunction with the Specialist Learning Development Manager and key stakeholders to ensure needs are met and materials are available.
  • Attend regular L&D team meetings, either face-to-face or via Zoom.
  • Embrace best practice, lean methods, challenge learning styles and embody Safety and Compliance.
  • Escalate concerns in respect of participant knowledge, understanding and involvement and provide feedback to the relevant management teams as required.
  • Ensure company policies are adhered to, including but not limited to: Behaviours and Values, Health & Safety, Remote/Home Working, Working Alone, Driving to Work, Expenses, GDPR, Data Protection, IT Security

What we would like from the Team Leader - Regional Learning Partner:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent with a recognised training qualification/experience.
  • A regulated vocational or occupational qualification in First Aid
  • A formal IQA qualification or proof of attendance at a IQA CPD day
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Ability to assimilate and analyse data to organise training effectively
