Priory Hospital Bristol is part of the healthcare division of Priory Group and has 82 beds over eight wards varying from Eating Disorders, Acute Mental Health, Adult Psychiatric Care, Acquired Brain Injury, Huntingdon's and Dementia.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work with our Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit.

You will be responsible to the ward based Occupational Therapist. You will support the therapeutic goals set, improving the care and lives of our inpatients. 

You will be involved in proactively creating and setting activities on the ward, encouraging involvement and helping the practical skills and social interaction.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent written and face to face communication skills.

- Flexibility and strong "can do" attitude

- Quality orientation

- Desirable: Experience in a health care setting


The work will be spread mainly across a Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work at least 1 Saturday per month.
