Job Advert Location Description

We are low secure Hospital based in Cardiff. The unit is home to 45 patients with enduring mental health and personality difficulties, most of whom also have forensic histories. The facility is split into six wards, along with semi-independent flats on-site.

The unit boasts a robust multi-disciplinary team where the psychiatrist works alongside colleagues from Psychology; Nursing; Occupational Therapy; and Social Work to provide high quality care.

Our aim is to rebuild the patient's confidence, self-esteem and hopes for the future and to give them the knowledge and resources to manage their own health so that they can manage their own sustainable recovery.

Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking for a site learning administrator to join our team.

You will:

  • Co-ordinates and organises the local implementation and delivery of the company’s learning and development strategy.
  • Act as first point of contact for colleagues’ queries regarding any learning & development issues, Priory Academy, CPD applications etc.
  • Develop & maintain records of colleagues’ training, development & supervision.
  • Organise and arrange all logistics regarding on-site training delivery.
  • Liaise with central L&D and external trainers regarding training needs and delivery.
  • Ensures the accurate and timely recording and reporting of information and statistical data through the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and standard PC applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
