At Burgess Hill we offer a specialist service in providing care for people with mental illnesses, split across three wards: a male acute service, a male PICU, and a female low secure unit.

Job Advert Role Description

Are you looking to gain experience in a new role that works around you with weekly pay, flexible shift work and onsite parking?

We are looking for bank Support Workers who are passionate about offering high quality care to our patients.

As a Bank Support Worker at Burgess Hill you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of care settings under the guidance of a qualified nurse.

What we need from you?

•  Good communication skills

•  Excellent team working skills

•  A flexible and common sense approach to problem solving

•  Have a basic understanding and appreciation of mental health

•  Experience within a secure setting desirable but not essential

•  Flexibility to work across the services within our site.
