About Mildmay Oaks

Mildmay Oaks is a low secure and locked rehabilitation service for men and women with learning disability and or autism spectrum disorder.

We are 2 minutes from Winchfield Train Station and we can offer a taxi service in the winter to and from the station.

About the role

We are currently looking for qualified Nurse Associates to join our growing team, you will be required to;

  • Provide a high standard of care to people with a learning disability and or autism, mental illness and personality disorder
  • Develop therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
  • Follow all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
  • Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress


  • Qualified Registered Nurse Associate with active NMC Registration.
  • Knowledge of NMC Standards, guidelines, requests and professional practices.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality.
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.
  • Excellent verbal , interpersonal and written communication skills
  • IT literate
