Job Advert Role Description

Aspris Children’s Services (an independent company which was formally Priory Education and Children’s Services) is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of specialist care and education for a reason. We recruit some of the most committed staff in the sector.

Our children's home is set in a semi rural location on the outskirts of Temple Normanton village near Chesterfield.  We require a Night Support Worker to join our team.  We care for up to 3 young people aged between 9 - 16+ years who exhibit Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties.  The working patterns of this role are 3 shifts on 6 off 10hr shifts from 10pm until 8am.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of working with Young People who can exhibit challenging behaviours would be desirable.  However, if you have the right personality we will support you to gain and develop the experience
  • It is essential that applicants have either attained or are prepared to work towards a Level 3 Diploma Residential Childcare qualification.
