The priory group is currently looking for a Deputy Manager to join our specialist service based in East Ardsley. Woodhouse Hall provides a homely living environment for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and challenging behaviours. The service supports up to 19 people and consists of two units. Our aim at Woodhouse Hall is to promote independence on various levels, from independent living skills to supporting individuals to live independently. As Deputy Manager your main role will be, to support the Manager in maintaining policy & procedures in line with our regulatory bodies.

Based in East Ardsley, the service plays active part of the community with easy access to local amenities, shopping and educational opportunities. Our diverse and experienced team make a difference to the lives of the people we support every day by enabling them to achieve outcome focused goals.

Working alongside the Registered Manager the successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators. Responsibilities will include, playing a key role contributing to elements of the assessment, planning and implementation of support for people who use the service maximizing independence and community participation in conjunction with the service user and their advocates. As Deputy Manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards, ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
