We are looking for Waking Night staff to join our friendly team.

As a Waking Night Support Worker you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and overnight care to our young people.  Through a caring approach, you will build good relationships with our young people, supporting them in living as independently as possible.  Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital; as is the compassion and patience needed to support.

Oliver House School is an independent specialist day and residential school for boys and girls aged 6 to 19 who have mild, moderate and severe autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex learning needs and challenging behaviour.

Our aim is to bring about the best in every young person to enable them to achieve positive experiences and progress according to their own individual abilities. The desired outcome is for young people to achieve success in accredited qualifications and to gain increased levels of independence to enable them to maximise their strengths, abilities and ambitions.

We currently have employment opportunities within six community based Children’s Homes located within the Leyland, Ribbleton and Haighton areas.

At Aspris, we are dedicated to enhancing the life opportunities of the children and young people within our homes, and always celebrate uniqueness and diversity.

Our homes are part of a large children’s group with a national footprint offering significant development, support and progression opportunities. We also operate a fostering service and a number of high quality specialist schools in both the UK and the Middle East.

Your Benefits

  • A generous salary
  • Being part of a company that invests in you and your team for personal and professional development
  • Reward and discount schemes
  • Pension
  • Enhanced DBS fee paid
  • Access to a holiday package
  • Cycle to work scheme
