Coxlease School is a specialist provision set just outside of Lyndhurst.  Boasting direct access to New Forest walks and a calming, spacious site, Coxlease School provides a therapeutic approach to teaching SEMH students.  We are a small school with ages ranging from Primary years to post-16, so it comes to no surprise that positive relationships with staff and students is at the forefront of what we do. We provide education through a holistic, SEND friendly curriculum, incorporating therapy, social skills and an enrichment programme into our everyday teaching.

We are offering a unique opportunity to experience a different setting within education, which can support any teacher (qualified or unqualified) with building on knowledge and insight within the social, emotional and mental health sector. This opportunity allows educators to test their skills and ideas in a non-judgmental location, which in turn, allows individuals to reflect on good practice and move forward with their professional development.

We pride ourselves in building strong, trusting relationships with students who come from all walks of life. From this, we adapt our teaching to ensure all our learners achieve, and we (as a team) thrive in providing our students with valuable, positive life experiences.
