Job Advert Role Description

Priory Hospital Bristol is part of the Healthcare Division of Priory Group and has 86 beds over eight wards varying from Eating Disorders, Acute Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury, Huntingdon’s and Dementia.

We are looking for a generalist Human Resources Administrator to join our friendly HR department providing an efficient and high level of customer service.

Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will deliver a range of HR administrative functions including updating HR systems and local database systems for employment information with updates throughout employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy of data input and reports on information, as needed. You will also assist in the compliance process ensuring all DBS, NMC and GMC records are accurate and up to date; filing and archiving; recruitment and selection of employees to the unit by providing administrative support to managers from advertising of the post through to the new employee taking up appointment.
 
The successful candidate will need to be a highly organised individual with sound interpersonal and excellent communication skills. You will be a first line of contact for the HR department so you must be professional and courteous at all times. Part of the role will involve dealing with enquires and data inputting as well as undertaking tasks as directed by the HR Advisor.
 
Holding or working towards a CIPD qualification would be desirable for the position, as would experience of working in a similar environment.
Adaptable, organised and customer service skills, are a must for the role.
