Job Advert Role Description

Are you a newly qualified Psychologist looking to gain experience working with Adults with a range of mental health difficulties?

Priory Hospital Southampton are looking for an enthusiastic Psychologist to work across their two adult wards. This is an exciting time to join the service as we re-design the therapeutic provision provided across adult services. The adult wards are;

Sandpiper ward – Short term admission for adults of working age. Psychology input will mainly consist of formulation and support the team in managing presentations on the ward

Skylark ward – Adult eating disorder ward, length of stay is a lot longer on this ward and provides more opportunity for not only formulation but on going intervention. The ward is accredited by the Quality Network for Eating Disorders (QED)
