We have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join the team on a 12 months fixed term basis and support our growing business. Reporting to the Relationship Team Manager, the Relationship Manager will be play a major part in generating BDM activity in order to promote our services to GP’s, Practice Managers and Clinical team members.

This role is based at our Hammersmith Offices, however some travel may be required. 


Job Advert Location Description

Relationship Manager duties include but are not limited to:

• Establishing processes and supporting tools to allow the Business Development Managers (BDM’s) teams to request key leads and appointments within their territories
• Making initial contact with new accounts
• Making extensive outbound calls/ emails to existing customers and new customers
• Working with the Sales Director to prioritise leads in line with business needs
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries in a timely manner
• Research and information gathering to support the Sales Team
• Supporting marketing campaigns with lead follow up
• Making initial contact with key decisions makers and building up a rapport to establish solid client relationships
• Booking appointments and follow up appointments with contacts for the BDMs
• Working to daily call targets and company KPI’s
• Ownership and maintenance of a centralised customer database with call notes and updated appointment details
• Extensive diary management using Microsoft Outlook
• Update maintenance and safeguarding of all electronic files, databases and confidential documents
• Ensuring all reporting is up to date and disseminated on time
• Attending regular team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
• Additional support as requested

What we would like from the Relationship Manager:

• Proven self-starter and demonstrable ability to multi-task and comfortable working autonomously
• Presentable and effective communications manner both written and verbal capable of representing a high quality brand
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Competent in communicating at all levels (Inc. Clinicians)
• Lead Generator experience/ comfortable making cold calls
• Previously worked towards targets or within a targeted area
• Lives locally/within London zones (closest to the office)
• Demonstrable experience working within healthcare
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (essential)
• 3+ Years’ experience -within Sales/Account Management/Business Development (desirable)
• Analytical/strategic experience/skillset (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of mental health products and services/ Medical/Healthcare background (desirable but, not essential)
• Previous use of CRM systems (desirable but, not essential)
