Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking for a Locality Manager to join our team at Priory Supported Living London & Home Counties. 

Priory Supported Living London & Home Counties is a service that provides accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health support needs. Our team provides community accommodation and outreach support throughout the London and Thames Valley area.

As a Locality Manager you will support the Registered Manager in the successful running of the service, including full running of the service in their absence.

Locality Managers are required to assist and support residents to live full and independent lives meeting a range of personal care, social and emotional care needs.  The role requires directly supporting individuals in their own homes with daily living skills, household duties, managing finances, medication, shopping, personal hygiene, health appointments, accessing the local community and social engagements or employment, and supervising project coordinators and support workers carrying out these duties.

Management responsibilities include writing rota's, payroll processing, incoming processing, attending and chairing residents reviews and meetings, staff management and supervision, financial management of petty cash and residents monies, building and maintaining relationships with tenants, families, commissioners and social workers.

As a Locality Manager you will have previous experience in a similar role within Supported Living or a residential service.
